What am I paying for?

You get an information booklet which tells you all about the process of claiming and an applications and consent form which willows our attorneys to claim back your money on your behalf. RBC USA - Reclaim Bank Charges USA does not take any up front fees. The fees are for starting off paperwork with the bank.

How much can I claim with one pack?

You can claim as much as you have paid in the last 6 years - You can claim from $60 to $60,000 from your bank. Each pack is for claiming on one account, so if you have 2 different banks/account you want to claim for then you will need to buy a pack for each bank/account.

Is it complicated?

No, all you do is fill in your name and address details along with your social security number and sign and post it back to our address and our attorneys will pick it up from there and start processing your claim.

Will the bank close my account?

No, they cannot and will not close your account, this is money that they owe you due to their unfair charges.

Can you guarantee my money?

Yes, we guarantee that we will claim back your money, if we are unsuccessful in claiming any money from the bank for you then you will get a full refund.

Are there any further charges?

No, there are no further up-front charges. As you can imagine it costs a lot more than $47 to hire an attorney and fight your case. We take the risk on board and we pay the attorney all the money it takes to fight your case so you don't have to pay anything. Due to this risk that we take for you we take a percentage of the amount that we claim back for you. So you don't pay anything out of your pocket for any of the attorney costs. So you never lose any money.

When can I expect my money?

Each claim usually takes 60 days from when we receive your completed form. We will keep you updated every step of the way. It can sometimes take just 30 days depending on your banks response and in some rare cases it can take 90 days. In any case it worth waiting for free money that you would have otherwise lost!

What if you cannot get my money back?

If we cannot get your money back for any reason then you will be given a full refund.
